Highland Park 16 Year Old Between You And I 0.7L, 48% ABV

Highland Park is not only one of Scotland's northernmost distilleries, but also one of its oldest. The distillery operators claim it was founded as early as 1798. Located in the town of Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands, Highland Park produces a spicy, smoky single malt and is one of the few distilleries in Scotland to still use its own malting floors. The bottlings carry names that pay tribute to the Vikings.

Highland Park 16 Year Old Between You And I was matured for its entire duration in a combination of virgin Swedish oak casks, former sherry casks, and ex-bourbon casks.
Bottled at 48% ABV, with no added coloring.
