About a third of this is drained and replaced with younger rum.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e When the top row is empty, new rum is refilled. The rum obtained in this way has a strong amber color that tends to reddish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e The aroma is intense with caramel, honey, dry seeds, roasted coffee and oak.
